Tropical Storm Elbert was the fifth named storm of the 2088 Atlantic hurricane season. Tropical Storm Elbert caused heavy rainfall in most of Bermuda and caused moderate damage to ports and the Bermuda airport. After Elbert's three-day existence, it had caused $800,000 damage and no casualties.
