Hurricane Richard was the Last Major Hurricane of the Super Active 1992 Season it was a very Deadly Storm and damaging storm too.

Due to the deaths and damages it caused the WMO retired the name Richard from the naming list was replaced by the name Rusty for the 1998 Season it will never be used again for an Atlantic Hurricane Season.
