Hurricane Fiona was a tropical cyclone that struck Florida at Peak Intensity in Late August 2016. It was the Seventh tropical cyclone, Sixth named storm and the fourth hurricane of the 2016 Atlantic hurricane season.

  • The Third EF2 spawned by Fiona, located near Pittsburgh, PA on August 23rd
  • Damage caused by an EF1 near Tallahassee, FL
  • Damage caused by one of the Atlanta, GA EF2s
  • Despite being a Category-1, Fiona caused slightly higher than Normal Surge
  • Some of Fiona's Cells managed to Produce hail, up to 2 inches in Diameter
  • In Addition to Hail and Tornadoes, Hurricane Fiona caused isolated Flooding in some Areas
